1 Scope This standard 32234234 Adhesive Wound Dressing,Medical Small Wound-Care Plaster,Medical Waterproof Transfusion Wound Plaster,Medical Elastic Adhesive Aid-Band Surgimed Medical Supplies Co.,Ltd , http://www.surgimedcn.com
The basic terms, evaluation criteria, and evaluation methods for rice-wheat combine harvesters are specified. This standard applies to the water-carrying operation in the paddy field where the foot depth does not exceed 200mm in a backpack-type (wheel-type) rice-wheat combine harvester in Shaoxing City. The crawler-type rice-wheat combine harvester does not exceed 150mm in the foot depth, and the grain is natural. The height is 600-1000mm, there is no weed on the cutting line, the crop stands upright, the grass-grain ratio of rice is 1.0-2.4, the grain moisture content is 17-28%, the ratio of wheatgrass to wheat is 0.8-1.2, and the grain moisture content is 12-20% Flat field rice field operations.
2 Reference Standards The following standards contain provisions that, through reference in this standard, constitute provisions of this standard. At the time of publication, the editions indicated were valid. All standards will be revised and all parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards. ISO 6689-1981 Harvesting Machinery - Combines and Working Parts - Definitions, Technical Characteristics and Performances; GB 6979-86 Terminology for Grain Harvesting Machinery; GB/T8097-1996 "Harvesting Machinery Combine Harvester Testing Methods"
3 Basic requirements The technical performance of the rice-wheat combine harvester shall comply with the requirements of the Ministry of Machinery Industry JB/T51190-1997 "Grain Combine Harvester Product Quality Classification".
4 Terms
4.1 Grain loss rate: refers to all field losses caused by the operation of the machine (excluding the loss of natural crops). The loss rate includes the header loss rate, the threshing body loss rate, and the leakage loss rate.
4.1.1 Header loss rate: Percentage of the mass of grain fed to the cutting table per unit time falling or lost, and the sum of grain feed and head loss. The grain feed refers to the quality of the grain that passes through the machine per unit time (including the loss of grain from the threshing organism).
4.1.2 Loss rate of threshing organism: After the process of threshing, separating and cleaning, the percentage of the quality of the stem and the entrained kernels and the weight of the kernels remaining in the heads of the non-shedded plants per unit time.
4.1.3 Leakage loss rate: refers to the accidental loss of the combine harvester other than the above loss, expressed as a percentage of grain feed. 4.2 Seed cleaning rate: The percentage of the quality of the complete grain and grain mixture at the grain outlet.
4.2.1 Intact kernels: In addition to the seeds of broken spikes, crushed kernels, kernels other than shelled (or stalked) kernels.
4.2.2 Grain mixture: All materials received from the grain outlet within grain time, including intact grain, broken grain and impurities.
