What should you pay attention to when using the superfine grinder for the first time?

The newly installed equipment will inevitably leave foreign objects such as iron, electrode head and welding slag when the equipment is in place and the warehouse is to be smashed. How to do the inspection before the superfine grinder is commissioned?

1. Without opening the fan and the main motor, open the decontamination baffle under the inlet to allow impurities and washing materials to be discharged from there.

2. After checking all the normal conditions in the early stage, power on the equipment. Check the direction of rotation of all motors.

3. Check the parameters of the two inverters of the feeding motor and the classifying wheel motor of the ultrafine pulverizer. Is it appropriate to check the air opening, contactor, thermal relay and overcurrent relay corresponding to the motor? Relock all the lines once.

4. Check whether the solenoid valve is blown normally or not, and adjust the pulse width of the solenoid valve of the dust collector and the interval between injections.

5. Check if there is any air leakage under the brakes of the brake cylinder. You can put the hand or fine powder at the interface to feel the suction. If necessary, seal it. After the above inspections are all normal, the materials are prepared for production.
