Equipment introduction
The integrated water purifier combines the process of coagulation, reaction, clarification and filtration of water quality into one, with advanced technology, novel design, compact structure, saving area and investment, simple management, convenient operation, and treatment of source water turbidity. 500-1000ppm (up to 1500ppm in short time), effluent turbidity is less than 3ppm, after chlorination, it can reach the national drinking water standard.
The integrated water purifier device can also be used in bathhouses, swimming pools, etc., domestic waste water with low organic matter content, and the treated water reaches the standard of reuse of water.
Operation and precautions
1) The integrated water purifier in the frozen area should be installed indoors, and the non-freezing area can be installed outdoors, but a cover should be added to avoid polluting the water.
2) Place the integrated water purifier on the leveling site during installation to ensure uniform water flow during normal operation. All kinds of pipeline connection gate valves should be free of air leakage and should be excluded.
3) Before the equipment is operated, it is necessary to eliminate the sundries in the pool, and pay attention to the prevention of blockage in each inlet and outlet pipe.
4) When the water source with serious pollution contains more organic matter or algae, chlorination method can be used to reduce the color, destroy the colloid in the water and remove the odor, and prevent the pool of algae and moss.
5) Before starting the equipment, half open the inlet valve, then start the pump. First, use a small water flow rate and increase the coagulant dosage (more than 0.5-1 times the normal dosage). After 60 minutes, open the large inlet valve, increase the amount of water to the design, and reduce the amount of coagulant.
6) When the equipment is backflushed for the first time, the recoil gate should be adjusted to a given strength (subject to the filter material not to be punched out), and the backlash time should be controlled.
7) The sewage pipe should be opened regularly to remove the sludge from the sedimentation tank.
8) Water quality measurement project:
(1) According to the local conditions, the relevant units shall regularly conduct a comprehensive analysis and inspection of the raw water and effluent water quality.
(2) The water plant conducts daily raw water, clarification tank effluent and filter effluent turbidity determination.
Equipment structure
1. Coagulating tank: The raw water to be added with coagulant is put into the coagulation tank from the inlet pipe, and stirred by a special mixer to make the suspended solids and coagulant in the water fully contact and react to form a silk flower. In general, the water purifying device uses a vortex reaction to mix the water to drink the coagulant, but the effect is unstable due to the change in the amount of water. The integrated water purifier is mixed with a mixer and is not affected by the change in water volume (it can also be changed to a coagulation reaction using a vortex reactor).
2. The water is mixed with coagulant to form a scented flower, which flows into the sedimentation tank of the equipment for sedimentation. The sedimentation tank adopts inclined tube precipitation method, and the surface load is 6-7m3/m2.h.
3. Filter tank: The water after sedimentation is filtered into the filter tank. The structure of the filter tank is: the bottom is a cloth water pipe, the middle part is quartz sand, and the upper part is anthracite. The filtration speed is 10m/h, and finally the water flows to the clear water tank for disinfection and treatment. The backflushing period of the filter tank is about 12 hours, and the backlash time is 5-10 minutes.
