Fully automatic backwash filter Review The backwashing sewage filter is suitable for various water supply systems, process water systems and industrial cooling water systems, especially the 24-hour continuous operation non-stop system, which can filter out various mechanical impurities in the water to ensure safe and reliable operation of the system equipment. Fully automatic backwash filter equipment structure and working principle Fully automatic backwash filter Working parameters Working pressure: ≤1.6MPa Filtration accuracy: 0.5 ~ 3.0mm Filter material: 304 stainless steel Working pressure difference: 0.03MPa Working temperature: -20 ~ 95 ° C Baby Squid ZHEJIANG EVERNEW SEAFOOD CO.,LTD , https://www.evernewseafood.com
ZP automatic sewage filter is mainly composed of high-quality carbon steel cylinder, special structure stainless steel wedge filter, water flow guiding valve and sewage device. When the filter is working, the water flow guiding valve is in an open state, and the water flow enters the filter from the inlet and is filtered through the filter to the outlet (see Fig. 1 and Fig. 3. When the filter needs to be drained, the water flow guiding valve is closed and the drain valve is opened. The water flows through the first half of the filter, and part of the water flows from the outlet into the system. The remaining water flows into the inner side from the outside of the second half of the filter and is discharged through the drain. It acts as a reverse automatic flushing filter (see Figure 2 and Figure 4). This allows the entire flushing process to operate without downtime.
The opening mechanism of the water flow guiding valve is divided into manual and electric. When the electric opening mechanism is adopted, the clock control electric control box is provided, and the automatic cleaning and discharging can be realized according to the set time requirement. At this time, the electric ball valve and the water flow guiding valve are installed in the sewage outlet. It is linked with the sewage electric ball valve.
