Operation rules for fruit classifiers :

c. First test the vehicle, then run for 2-3 minutes to check whether the transmission system (motor, coupling, reducer) and the movement of the conveyor belt are stable, and confirm that everything is normal before production.

The sorting machine is thus open, the water surface is quiet, and the oil draining effect is good. After the oil slick is basically removed, the oil removal is stopped. Oily grams are used during lunch breaks.

d. The cleaning solution should be regularly added with water and a certain proportion of metal detergent to make up for the cost, so that the liquid level is kept at a certain height. If the cleaning effect does not meet the technical requirements of the rules, the cleaning solution should be replaced in full.
