Early weaning

In the process of raising pigs, it is necessary to increase the breeding ability of sows, and early weaning to increase the number of litters is the most effective management method. It has been reported that weaners are feasible for weaning from 35 days to 42 days. Traditional pigs usually have piglets weaned from 56 to 60 days of age, sows have fewer litters per year than litters, and a sow consumes about 1,000 kilograms of feed annually, which is uneconomical. Only by shortening the sow's production cycle and producing more litter can we achieve high production levels. The test confirmed that early weaning of piglets had no adverse effects on litter size, growth and development of piglets, piglet rearing, and finishing performance.

Timely weaning. Early weaning of piglets is feasible for improving production levels. Research data showed that weaning time was advanced to 35 days of age and had no adverse effect on sow's useful life, piglet production, and fertility.

Sow management. The main purpose of early weaning is to increase sow utilization and increase litter size per litter. However, ignoring the management of sows will lead to a delay in the estrus breeding period of some sows, as well as a decrease in the number of litters per year. Therefore, we must strengthen pig management. Firstly, the production sows are organized and mated according to the breeding plan, a detailed pregnancy feeding and management plan is formulated, the estrus period is accurately identified, and breeding is carried out at the right time; secondly, the boar management is strengthened to ensure the high breeding ability and the supply of excellent semen is used for breeding; When the sow is not matched, take remedial measures in time to make it estrus and breed. If it does not cure for a long time, consider eliminating it.

Pay attention to piglet breeding. Early weaned piglets must be strengthened in management to ensure that they are successfully brought into the next rearing stage. The ration used must be full of nutrition, and it is necessary to ensure the balance of feed ingredients in order to meet the growth and development needs of piglets after weaning. It is generally recommended that the proportion of feed formula is: protein content 18%, fat content 3%, cellulose content 4%, calcium content 0.7%~0.9%, phosphorus content 0.6%~0.8%, moisture guarantee 13% .

All in and out

The all-in and all-out feeding management system has extremely important practical significance. In order to implement this system, the design of pig houses, the area used for pigs, the arrangement of beds, etc. must all be made in accordance with a certain production process. If there is a problem in one of the links, the entire process will be run improperly and the basic requirements cannot be met. Therefore, to implement this system, we must follow the standardization process and do the following:

Breeding pigs are preferred. Breeding quality occupies an important position in the breeding system. Choosing a batch of pigs with mixed and severe separation in the breeding management will result in large, small, and small pigs in the breeding process. It is difficult to achieve full-entry and full-out. Therefore, in the standardization of lean-type pig breeding, the selection of pig species must be standardized.

Full price with diet. Standardization of feeding, try to use the full price with the diet, to maximize the production potential of breeding pigs, in order to achieve the cultivation standards. If the use of full-price diets does not meet the ideal fattening standard, it may be considered as a problem of pig breeds.

Temperature and humidity control. The appropriate temperature and humidity is the prerequisite for the healthy growth of pigs. Under normal circumstances, the appropriate temperature control of newborn piglets: 3 days of age set at 32 °C ~ 30 °C, 4 days to 7 days of age set at 28 °C ~ 30 °C. Strictly controlled within this temperature range, too high or too low will not be conducive to piglet growth. Studies have confirmed that poor ventilation and inadequate temperature control are important causes of piglets' poor growth and development and stiff pigs.

High bed birth and online breeding

High bed birth. Traditional sows have far more litters for closed floor pig beds. They are not equipped with necessary insulation and cold protection measures, and there are no barriers that limit the actions of sows. Therefore, the majority of piglets after production die due to bad environment, or because sows move slowly. I was trampled to death. The use of high bed farrowing can greatly reduce the occurrence of this problem. A nursery shelf is placed on the net bed. The bottom of the nursery frame is the sow lying area. The nursery bar is accompanied by a piglet net bed on one side and the piglets lie on one side. Resting on the bed, a sow trough, a piglet automatic feeding box and a drinking fountain are also provided on the net bed, and an infrared light, a soil heating, ventilation fans and the like are also installed in the room to ensure that the sow and the piglet have a good living environment.

Piglets are bred online. The cultivation of piglets on the Internet has been popularized and applied in recent years. Various materials have emerged in succession and the effects of breeding have been different. In comparison, reinforcing steel welded mesh and rebar mesh are more effective. Each breeding bar has a metal automatic food box and an automatic drinker. The weaned pig house is a window-closed pig house with a full-bed wide manure ditch with a length of 2 meters and a depth of 0.8 meters. The manure is regularly removed and a ventilation fan is installed. When the weather is cold, the window is covered with plastic film and the soil heating is installed.
