2. Culture formula:

(1) Black fungus formula: corn cob 45%, hardwood sawdust (or cottonseed skin) 30%, wheat bran 15%, cornmeal 5%, phosphate fertilizer 1%, lime 2%, gypsum 2%, a little sugar, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.1%. The corn cob was soaked in 2% lime for more than 10 hours. Then mixed with other materials into a 17 cm 35 cm low-pressure polyethylene bag, sterilized under normal pressure for 8 hours, and then inoculated under sterile conditions after cooling. After the species is finished, the bacteria are placed in the culture room and the room temperature is maintained at about 23°C.

(2) Coprinus comatus formula: crushed corn stalk 3.5 kg, wheat bran 5 kg, lime 2 kg, gypsum 0.5 kg, a little sugar, dried chicken manure 2.5 kg, phosphate fertilizer 0.5 kg, cake fertilizer 1.5 kg, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 50 g 100 grams of urea and 50 grams of clomazone. The corn stalks were soaked with 3% lime and 0.1% Kemylin water for 10 hours. After the water was controlled, they were mixed with wheat bran and dried chicken manure to build a heap fermentation. When the temperature of the material reaches 60°C, it is maintained for 8 hours and then it is turned and the pile is repeated three times. Every other three turnovers add other accessories. The fermented material is brown, no odor, and the moisture content is 65%. The material temperature drops below 28°C and is put into the pot. The strains were injected into the material in a combination of layered sowing and hole sowing (the amount of bacteria used was 7.5 kg of bacteria per 50 kg of dry material), and the material thickness was 30 cm. Cover the newspaper and agricultural film on the material surface, keep the temperature inside the shed at about 20°C to make bacteria.

3. Management:

(1) After the fungus bag is full, it begins to enter the shed and hangs 8 bags per rope. Used to wash bag sterilization. Each bag is marked with eight “10” words in the word “goods” and eared.

(2) After the coprinus comatus is full of bacteria, insert a 3 cm deep hole 30 cm apart and add nutrient solution. The material is sprayed with triacontanol and gibberellin to increase the yield, and the tide is fast. Black fungus cultivation 50 kg of dried material produces dry ears 5 kg, Coprinus comatus produces 50 kg of fresh mushrooms per 50 kg dry material. Corn cobs and corn stalks are used to produce black fungus and coprinus comatus. The sources of raw materials are extensive. The method is simple and the cost is low. Two kinds of sheds, the input and output benefits are considerable. And the waste after its production can be used directly as fertilizer or base fertilizer for fruit trees and flowers.
