Pearl River improved production process of inactivated vaccine of Aeromonas hydrophila

The project is aimed at the serious harm of freshwater fish bacterial bleeding septicemia in China. Epidemiological investigation confirmed that Aeromonas hydrophila is still the main pathogenic bacteria causing freshwater fish hemorrhagic disease, and Aeromonas sobria is also an important pathogen. Based on the above, the original “Aeromonas hydrophila sepsis inactivated vaccine” medium formulation was modified to establish an efficient and low-cost vaccine factory production process, reduce the raw material cost of 12.0%, and increase the live bacteria yield by more than 55%. . Screening out NaCl as a synergist for soaking immunity, the indoor immune protection rate reached 70%. Based on the findings of epidemiological investigations and the needs of aquaculture production, the “inactivated vaccine of Aeromonas hydrophila and Aeromonas sobria” was developed, and the triple-inactivated vaccine of grass carp, septic, and red dermis was developed. “Two new products; production of 159,000 bottles of Aeromonas hydrophila related vaccine products, and 12 vaccine demonstration sites in Guangdong, Jiangxi, Fujian, and Jiangsu, with a cumulative demonstration area of ​​32,000 acres, reducing farmed fish The mortality rate was over 20%, and the socio-economic loss was about 12 million yuan. The training of more than 400 farmers and fishery technology extension personnel has played a greater role in promoting farmers' awareness of immune prevention and the use of universal vaccines.
