(2) Dehydration treatment Seawater and air transport have different requirements for the water content of fresh mushrooms. Air transport moisture content should be controlled below 90%, while shipping requires water content of 65% to 70%, and mushroom surface can not wrinkle due to water loss.
There are three ways to dehydrate:
1 The cold air dehydration method uses a cold air blower to blow up the fresh mushrooms, causing them to lose some moisture. This method is suitable for air transport in small packages and should be used in winter.
2 drying drying dehydration method that is the first time to stand in the sun, fresh mushrooms, look a little dry and then put into the dryer and bake until the mushroom surface color whitish immediately removed (can not be baked too dry). This method can reduce the water content to a low level, suitable for large packages shipped by sea or by air.
3 The low-temperature drying method is to add a dehumidifier in the high-temperature warehouse to reduce the humidity in the warehouse, and then turn on the fan of the refrigerator to make it dry at low temperature. Usually after 2-3 days, the mushroom surface is white and the water content is up to standard. Fresh mushrooms processed by this method can be transported by sea or by air.
2. Packaging of fresh mushrooms after processing
(1) Strictly grading according to requirements: Take the grading standard for fresh mushrooms as an example: M-class: Each mushroom has a diameter of 4-5 cm and 6 mushrooms per box; L-grade: 5-6 cm in diameter , Each boxed 4; 2L level: mushroom diameter 6-7 cm, 2 per box. The stalk length is about 2 cm.
(2) Package quality and quantity The packaging box is plastic box and cardboard box. Small and large packaging. Small packages are packed in plastic boxes and placed in cartons. There are 8,000 and 10 kilograms. The large packaging is packed in large bags and placed in a foam box to coat the carton. There are 5 kilograms and 10 kilograms. When you make a big package, you should pay attention to: First, take the processed mushrooms to the cold room to cool to 0°C, and then put them into a large storage bag, draw out the air (can be pumped out with a vacuum cleaner), tie the bag, and then put it into a foam box. Large-scale packaging of different levels of mushrooms has a certain percentage of requirements. In general, the M level is less than 25%, the L level is 50%, and the 2L level is about 25%.
3. The packaging mushroom to be shipped for storage should be placed in a cold room. The temperature of the warehouse without cold storage should be controlled at about 0°C. The storage time of the small package can not exceed 3 days, otherwise the color of the surface of the cap will become darker, the cut of the mushroom stalk will become black, and the quality will decline, and it will be difficult to sell.
