Oil drain failure

Because the refrigerant has excellent compatibility with the refrigeration oil, it is normal for a part of the refrigeration oil to participate in the circulation of the system, and will not affect the refrigeration performance of the refrigerator. However, too much oil will affect the heat exchange efficiency on the heat exchanger tube wall, resulting in poor refrigeration performance of the refrigerator. The reasons for the compressor discharge are:

a . If the gap between the piston of the compressor and the cylinder bore is too large or the roundness is poor, the oil enters the exhaust circuit too much.

b . When the compressor is dumped, the oil enters the suction chamber. When the compressor is running, the system pipeline enters the excess refrigeration oil, resulting in poor cooling. Removing the compressor at this time will reflect more oil in the pipeline and may misjudge the compressor to drain more oil. In this case, the compressor can be energized and the oil discharge is gradually reduced. If this is the case, the compressor itself will not drain much.

c . If there is a part of the refrigerator pipeline that is lower than the compressor return pipe, a small amount of refrigeration oil in the pipeline will accumulate when the compressor stops rotating. As a result, the more the result, the more oil is blocked, and the compression is removed during maintenance. When the machine is in operation, it will show a lot of oil, which may lead to misjudgment as the compressor discharges oil.

Factors that can easily cause compressor failure

1. Influence of moisture: If the water content of the refrigerator system or the compressor itself is too high, the compressor refrigeration oil will gradually decompose and deteriorate, and the decomposed substances will deposit on the valve block, resulting in poor exhaust gas. In addition, it may cause malfunctions such as capillary ice plugging. Judging whether the frozen oil has deteriorated can be judged by observing the color of the oil. Generally, the deteriorated oil is darker in color, dark yellow or brown, while the undeteriorated oil is clear and transparent, light yellow or light blue.

2. Effect of refrigerant charge: Excessive refrigerant charge will have the following consequences:

( 1 ) The compatibility between the refrigeration oil and the refrigerant in the compressor is very good. After the refrigerant is charged, a part of the refrigerant will be dissolved in the refrigeration oil. When the compressor starts, the internal pressure of the casing is reduced, resulting in the refrigerant dissolved in the refrigeration oil. Escape, causing a temporary boiling phenomenon, such as charging too much refrigerant will increase the boiling phenomenon, causing the suction pipe to take in the gas-liquid mixture, causing the suction valve to open too much and the force of hitting the valve seat is too large Damage to the suction valve.

( 2 ) The compressor is designed according to the equilibrium pressure of the standard working conditions. Excessive refrigerant charging will make the equilibrium pressure on the suction and exhaust side too large, resulting in high compressor load or normal starting.
