The method of statically debugging the metering belt scale is as follows:

1) When the belt conveyor is not moving, the output voltage of the measuring sensor should be between 5-15mv. If it is too large or too small, check whether the sensor is caught or locked by the screw, whether the sensor is damaged or not. .

2) The skin is measured without moving the belt.

3) Put 5kg and 10kg weights on the left and right sides of the scale body respectively, and the center of gravity of the weight should coincide with the center line of the sensor side roller. The weight display value of the decibel record, the display number corresponding to the 5kg, 10kg weight should be a multiple relationship, the error should not exceed 5%, otherwise the skin should be re-measured. The difference between the display numbers corresponding to the left and right side weights should not exceed 5%. Otherwise, the left and right symmetry of the scale body should be checked and the consistency of the sensor should be checked.

When the quantitative belt scale equipment is put into operation, the horizontal gate plate under the hopper is pulled apart, and about 2/3? of the material column is pressed on the belt. The position of the vertical ram should be adjusted according to the particle size and flow rate of the material. The general opening is about 10mm. The opening is too small, which is likely to cause blockage of materials. The excessive opening will increase the impact on the belt, which is not conducive to the reliability of the system. run.
