The system can measure up to 30g of rice in a single test (can analyze nearly 4000 grains of rice at the same time), the detected rice does not need specific layout, and is automatically separated by the algorithm of the system, allowing various results to be corrected to ensure 100 % is correct. The analysis time is about 1 minute per sample, and the analysis error is controlled within 1 to 2% . With large-volume automatic processing characteristics, one-button automatic analysis, and automatic classification analysis of rice samples, such as: automatically calculate the ratio of mixed rice into normal rice, etc., very convenient for ordinary people to get started, test analysis results and each Detailed results of the granules can be exported to the EXCEL table. In 2013 , the image method we proposed to achieve has been approved as the new standard of the Ministry of Agriculture [rice] NY/T 2334-2013 . The system completes the automatic detection of rice and rice quality indicators in combination with national standards, and can replace the manual evaluation of appearance quality indicators accurately and objectively, and is applicable to research institutes, testing units, grain distribution enterprises, processing enterprises, etc. At present, the Wanshen SC-E rice appearance quality inspection system has obtained nearly 60 high-ends such as China National Rice Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences National Gene Center, Guangdong Baiyan Grain and Oil Industry, and Yihai Grain and Oil Group. The good use and universal recognition of scientific research institutions and rice manufacturers, the instrument's analytical accuracy and stability have reached an unprecedented new height.
