one    Overview
    Double-layer glass reactor is a commonly used biochemical instrument. It is widely used in modern fine chemical, bio-pharmaceutical, scientific research and other industries. It can be concentrated, distilled, retained, and separated under constant speed, constant force and constant temperature. Second, the characteristics
1. It is sealed with PTFE and special rubber composite sealing ring, which is very convenient to withstand various solvents and maintain high vacuum.

Third, the instrument is installed
1. After opening the package, check the packing list in accordance with the main parts of the machine are complete.
2, a stainless steel pipe with a fixing member according to assemble the frame shown in FIG.
3, the electric box is mounted to the top pole at the back right and tighten the screws, seven-pin connector plug. Install the vacuum gauge on the left rear end and tighten the screws.
4 , according to the height of use, the kettle circular bracket is fixed on the pole slider, the kettle is placed on the bracket, the semi-circular hoop is used to fix the neck of the kettle into the pole slider respectively, and after tightening, tighten the fixing screws. Pay attention to the vertical direction of the reactor body during installation.
5. The stir bar is fixed on the ring clamp of the motor main shaft. The stir bar passes through the middle rotary bearing of the cover, tighten the special connector, and then adjust the position of the motor, paying attention to the vertical concentricity.
6. The slider on the pole is a stainless steel multi-purpose clamp that adjusts the direction and height in different directions.
7. On the left side of the bottle cap, the 40# standard port plug-in reflow condenser, the right side 40# is the feeding port connected to the constant pressure funnel, the middle front 24# port is inserted into the thermometer casing mouth, and the rear of the hat is the 34# standard port. It is a multi-functional spare port, and the bottom is provided with a discharge valve, and the bottom of the kettle body is respectively a circulating fluid inlet and outlet. The lower port is connected to the circulating fluid inlet, and the upper port is connected to the circulating fluid return port.
8. When installing the glass instrument, it must be cleaned, and the interface should be coated with Vaseline to prevent the glass from locking up, and then apply vacuum grease to prevent air leakage.
9. Press the universal wheel wheel fixing device to stir. If the stirring is stable, the debugging is good.
four. Instructions:
1. Check that the power supply voltage is consistent with the specifications provided on the machine nameplate.    
2. Plug in the power plug, turn on the power switch on the inverter, and use the speed control knob to select the appropriate speed.
3. The flow of material and the power of the motor speed may resonate at a certain point. Please change the speed of the motor to avoid resonance.
4. After the stir bar is installed, it must be rotated by hand. Pay attention to whether the concentricity is good. If the heart is not good, the heavy clamp should be loosened. After the clamp is turned on, turn on the power and adjust gradually from slow to fast.
5, using the stir bar regulator, you can make the stirring leaves up and down 5cm as needed .
6. If the sealing performance of the kettle is found to be degraded, please check the rotary bearing in the agitator sleeve.
7. The glass equipment of the reactor is made of GG.17 low expansion coefficient high temperature resistant borosilicate glass. The user should self- fit glass bottles such as reaction bottles. Please confirm the glass material to ensure safe use.
8. The external layer of the interlayer on the glass kettle can be heated by the hot oil. The coolant can be used for low temperature reaction. If it is heated by steam, it should not exceed 0.5K-1K . (Try not to use pressure steam to heat).
9. When the test is carried out at low temperature, the discharge valve at the bottom will be frosted. When using the valve, it must be partially thawed to prevent the glass from being broken.
10. If there are particulate objects in the solution during use, there may be residual material on the PTFE piston of the valve. When used again, the airtightness will be affected. Be sure to clean it after each discharge and use it again. .
Five, maintenance instructions
1. Check the instrument carefully before use. Whether the glass bottle is damaged or not, and whether the interfaces are consistent, pay attention to light handling.
2. Wipe each interface with a soft cloth (can be replaced with a napkin) and apply a small amount of vacuum grease. (The vacuum grease must be covered after use to prevent the entry of sand.)
3. The interfaces should not be tightened too tightly. It should be loosened regularly to avoid long-term tight locking and cause the connector to bite.
4. Turn on the power switch first, then let the machine run from slow to fast. When the machine is stopped, stop the machine and turn off the switch.
5, the PTFE switch everywhere can not be tightened too much, easy to damage the glass.
6. Every time you use it, you must use a soft cloth to clean all kinds of oil traces left on the surface of the machine, stains, solvent remaining, and keep it clean.
7. Loosen the PTFE switches after stopping, and the PTFE piston will be deformed when it is still working for a long time.
8. Regularly clean the sealing ring by removing the sealing ring and checking if there is dirt on the shaft. Wipe it with a soft cloth, then apply a little vacuum grease and reinstall it to keep the shaft and seal ring smooth.
9, the electrical part must not enter the water, it is strictly prohibited to get wet.
10.         Original authentic accessories must be purchased, and the use of other accessories can cause fatal damage to the machine.
11,         When making any repairs or inspections on the machine, be sure to cut off the power supply and water source.
12.         The instrument is returned to the manufacturing facility for maintenance once after three years of use (recommended).

Precautions regarding the use of glass products

note:
1. When using vacuum grease on rotatable parts such as glass cocks or feeding tubes, please use a smooth and viscous brand.
2. Apply a soft vacuum grease evenly to the valve core to make the grinding joint fully fit.
3. Apply the vacuum grease to the grinding part. After a long time of use, the grease will oxidize or harden, which will make the grinding part difficult to rotate or stick to death. Therefore, before the grease becomes hard, remove the parts regularly, wipe off the grease with a paper towel, and carefully wipe with a solvent such as toluene or xylene. After the solvent has completely evaporated, re-apply a new vacuum grease.
4. If the grinding mouth is already fastened or stuck, then forced removal will cause the glass to break, which is very dangerous. When sticking occurs at the grinding point, use a heating method (hot water, torch) to soften the cured vacuum grease before disassembling.
